Help Needed for All Night Pomp, Thursday,October 22 and Friday, October 23

Thursday night is All Night Pomp. We could use 2-3 volunteers to help with food. 6pm-7:30 pm prepare and serve snack. 10:30-12:00 prepare and serve. Friday 6:00am prepare and serve breakfast. If you are interested in any of these times, please contact at 918-939-9924.

Membership Renewal Time

It's time to renew your membership to the Parents Club for 2015 - 2016!

We have 2 member only items:

Football Tickets can be purchased for $35.00 per ticket for Dad's Day/ Parent's Weekend on September 12, 2015. Email axoparentsokstate@gmail.com to order tickets by 8/21/2015 to secure tickets.

Mom's Day Weekend - We will be having a member event on Friday for members, their daughters and family. More details to follow!

Remember your membership fees fund our ability to provide extra items to the girls throughout the year!

Your Help is Needed Now!

 Recruitment starts tomorrow and the girls need behind the scenes help!

 I have had some family health issues which needed my time but the girls need out help!

Here's what we need:

Wednesday:  3-4 people start time 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (full or half shifts)

Thursday: 3-4 people start time 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (full or half shifts)

Friday: 3-4 people start time 8:45 am - 8:45 pm (full or half shifts)

Saturday : 4-5 people start time 8:45 am - 8:15 ( full or half shifts)

Sunday: 4 people start time 8:45 am - 6:30 pm (full or half shifts)

Monday: (Bid Day) 6 people 10 am (setup) - 3:00 (cleanup)

Mom's Day Weekend Schedule!

Mom's Day Weekend

This coming weekend is Mom's Day in Stillwater! We hope to see all of you this weekend. Parent's club is hosting a dinner on Friday night at Brooklyn's in the Tasting Room beginning at 7:00 pm. The cost is $22.00 per person paid by cash or check at the door and includes a buffet of house salad, entree, 2 sides, dessert, tea and water. There will also be a vegetarian option available.  We will have a cash bar available as well. Friday night restaurants in Stillwater will be crowded with long wait times. We have our own room for the evening so we hope you will join us!

If you, your daughter and any guests would like to attend, please email me back and to confirm by asap! No later than 4/7/2015.

There will also be a special video presentation on Friday night.

Saturday's events will begin at 10:00 am at the AXO house with a group picture at 11:00am The girls have a great day planned and I hope that will be attending.

Parent's Club holds a Silent Auction as a fundraiser each year. We auction off baskets and items donated by Parents. If you would be willing to donate a basket, just drop me an email and bring it with you on Saturday. We will have bid sheets at the house. The auction will conclude at 1:45 pm.

We also will a Parent's Club meeting. It is time to elect a new board and we are looking for people to serve! It doesn't matter where you live, we have met via Skype and conference calls. Please consider serving! Positions include President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. We also would like someone help with Dad's Day, Mom's Day and Recruitment Week as chairs. None of these positions take very much time so please consider serving! If you are interested, please email me or call me at 918-939-9924.
